Notice of Public Hearing

 

The Surrey Township Planning Commission has received a request for a Special Use Permit for property located at 3614 W. Cadillac, Surrey Township, Clare County, Michigan, being Parcel Number: 014-016-200-22, owned by Rare Holdings, LLC, (Beacon and Bridge), for the operation of a Vehicle Filling Station and Convenience Store, pursuant to Article XVI, Section 1434, of Surrey Township Zoning Ordinance.
The public hearing will be held on Wednesday April 3, 2024 at 6:00 pm in the Surrey Township Meeting Room located at 110 E. Michigan Street, Farwell, Michigan 48622, to take public comment and consider the Site Plan and Special Use Permit application. All information may be viewed at the township office during regular business hours Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm.
If you are unable to attend and wish to comment you may submit written comments to: Surrey Township Zoning Administrator, P.O. Box 647, Farwell, MI 48622, “Special Use Permit”, or drop them in the drop box outside the clerk’s office, or in person at office until 5:00 pm Wednesday April 3, 2024.
